Abstract

Is presented an analysis of the tools forsynchronous and asynchronous interaction in a “DistanceLearning†environment, taking some classes of a VirtualEnvironment capacitation for “EaD†in a Public College.The objective isto learn about the importance gave to thetutor in each of the synchronous and asynchronous tools aseffective instruments to knowledge growth and of theinteraction requested in that environment. From themethodological perspective data were collected throughaccess analysis and participations on Capacitating coursesin 2005 and 2006.Using the data were concluded that in2006, because of the best use of this tools, there was a bettertutor’s incentive and the students participation were moresatisfying, in general, than one year before.Index Terms ⎯ Distance Learnin, Teacher-Student.
