PROYECTO BOSQUE DE PAPEL: PARTICIPACIÓN, ARTE Y BIODIVERSIDAD

Abstract

The current biodiversity crisis, and in particular the large areas suffering deforestation of the planet, deserve the attention of the whole society, from all points of view. This fact is significant enough to develop initiatives such as the Paper Forest Project, designed to highlight the importance of trees, forests and the relationship between humanity and nature. The ongoing Paper Forest project wants to claim the important role of trees through an artistic vision which brings together a large number of people. The goal is that each person brings his unique vision of the tree, ie, "your tree". After joining all these personal views of the trees, we hope to get a great sketched forest. A large forest whose seeds are those of the feelings of many people who have stopped for a moment their daily lives to stop and think about their own relationship with nature.
