Abstract


This research aims to show the many concepts that work has acquired over time starting from the scientific view to become an item of debate on the tripod of economic science field as well as science of management of organizations and science of sociology, in an attempt to better understand the intricacies of Work in modern capitalist society, in order to support and suggest more compatibles management strategies to the real challenges of the globalization process. The methodology adopted in here, is the description and comparative analysis of the data by the nature of the proposed objective. It notes, through the foundation of the conceptions of work in capitalist society developed from a socioeconomic context, that human resourses management action strategies should take into considarations external enterprise organizations, where formal and informal groups, which are organized in "clusters manangement” that includes systems of work by grouping, have a prominent role.
