NOVOS PROCESSOS COMUNICACIONAIS HIPERMIDIÁTICOS DE INFLUÊNCIA CULTURAL: CONSEQUÊNCIAS NOS MUSEUS CONTEMPORÂNEOS
Abstract
Due to the universal dissemination of cyberculture, each individual nowadays suffers cultural influence from the cyberspace content, even those who do not have access to it receive this influence indirectly. The completely timeless placeless global influence of the cyberspace brings out new cultural objects that have become unclassifiable due to interactivity typical of cyberculture. The various interactive museums that arise reflect these new paradigms of the contemporary society and are a direct result of needs arisen due to new communication parameters. An analysis of contemporary hypermedia society will be done, as well as of its new communicational processes, and in particular of its new languages and media. After establishing these, we will sketch the history and the evolution of the museums until the emergence of interactive museums. From these, we will establish the consequences of such developments.
