SÍNDROME DE ASPERGER: ASPECTOS EDUCACIONAIS E EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA

Abstract


Asperger´s Syndrome is a Pervasive Developmental Disorder resulting from a genetic disorder which has many similarities with autism, which was described in 1944 by pediatrician Hans Asperger. School inclusion is still a controversial topic, diverging opinions of educators and scholars. Discusses the lack of training of educators, especially teachers, as well as lack of material resources, whether educational or physical structure of schools to receive students with disabilities. The purpose of this research is to assist teachers, parents and students with a study on the syndrome in question in order to disseminate knowledge that will promote greater understanding of disabled pupils, and as a research method interview with public school teachers Planaltina/DF, which is drawn a profile of difficulties, skills and methods used by these professionals.
