Filipe Vagos, Conceição Lopes

Abstract

Fly Higher consisted of a project which promoted and valued the ludicity present in the behaviour of the human being. The activities developed in the room of the special unit in intervention with children in permanent challenge (High Challenged) of the Schools of Arganil (Portugal) revealed a creative working form resultant of the application of the Orchestral Model of Ludicity and of the Orchestral Theory of Communication in several contexts of real life inclusion. Fly Higher followed three objectives: i) the global development of the involved children, ii) the promotion and development of emotional impacts, iii) and the active participation of the children. The approach had its beginning in the recognition of emotions done by the children followed by the development of social, playful and creative interactions. In the results to present notice the adopted methodology and its reach in different contexts of playful interaction, communication and change.
