Abstract

This article presents the central theoreticalreflections that are the base to a research on the influencesand, above all, the emerging potentials from the dialogue oflocative media with mobile digital devices and the possiblereconfiguration of the physical-space, public and privatespaces of the city that this communication dialogue canpromote. The objective is to see whether the government hasbeen monitoring the local dynamics caused by thetransformation process required by the insertion of thesetechnologies in the city, as these changes are often invisibleto the human eye. Moreover to raise possibilities forplanning the use of public digital information technologiesafter massive function for the development of the city;increasing citizen participation and appropriating the newpatterns of human behavior, which increasingly requireparticipation in the creation, processing and disseminationof information and knowledge.Keywords - locative media, mobile digital dispositive, ciberterritories territorial dynamic, public administration
