COMPUTAÇÃO GRÃFICA: FERRAMENTA DIDÃTICA DE COMUNICAÇÃO, DESIGN E PRODUÇÃO

Abstract

This paper aims to show some advantagesbrought by the computer graphics and inter-disciplinarycommunication within the academic institution UNESPBauru,using it as a teaching tool in undergraduateengineering and design. The communication in theclassroom could be reconfigured through the adoption ofnew technologies by drawing a parallel between old andnew programmatic contents, setting goals and parameters toimprove communication between teacher and student,transferring and sediment of the given content andincreasing production in quantity and complexity of workundertaken by students. As an example of computer graphicsuse, this work presents a final graduation work that wassuccessful in the market, "Teardrop Trailer Caracol", asresult of the final adoption of CAD technology as a teachingtool, design and production.Key Words ⎯ communication, design, computer graphics,production.
