UM ESTUDO DE CASO SOBRE SATISFAÇÃO DO CLIENTE
Abstract
Satisfied customers reward the seller with moreprofit in the future. Measure its satisfaction is themanagement key for running the business. A model formeasuring satisfaction should be able to inform whatcompanies have done for their customers. A study case ofcustomer satisfaction is here shown. A pharmacy store atDuque de Caxias city was used for carrying out theresearch. Consumers want quality services, kindly efficientstaff, and comfortable facilities. Results shows that thepharmacy owner needs to look after shelves, lightnessdistribution and temperature at the interior of the store.Index Terms ⎯ Assessing Satisfaction, Comfortable Store,Satisfied customer
