Abstract

In observation of the dangersthat are caused by lack of preparation of construction workers, saw the need to implement the Personal Protective Equipment - Epi's in an enterprise located in the town of Redenção-PA. In work safety, Epi's are classified asruled by the regulatory tools chosen according to the organizational environment, are classified as physical, chemicaland biological. These are designed to achieve a higher quality tothe employee with a view to their physical and mental health. The case study is grounded in educational awareness to achieve the quality of professionals in the field of construction. In short, the quality of work is related directly to performance and employee satisfaction with the organization's employment contentment.
