HOTELARIA HOSPITALAR E OS INDICADORES DE QUALIDADE PARA A PADRONIZAÇÃO DOS SERVIÇOS
Abstract
This paper aims to present a survey of Governance Sevices in hospitals. The Governance is one of the main hospital of the main hospital and hospitality services, because it is so important, it must integrate the Quality Management System of the institution. It also aims to study the quality standards of cleanliness, the creation of manuals, procedures and routines to control spreadsheets. The study included a bibliography of works consulted in the units of hospital management, hospital management hotel, service management and quality management of health services. Was used as a research procedure a technical visit to a private hospital in São Paulo. The results confirmed that the service should use it syndicates as a tool to develop training, retraining and improvement of the improvements within the industry and continues not only as the ultimate goal to achieve goals statistics.
