MEMÓRIA, DESEMPENHO E COMUNICAÇÃO: UMA TRÍADE QUE PROMETE

Abstract

This article is aimed at presenting a project to rescue the memory of the activities performed by the University Center Augusto Motta (UNISUAM). The project was initially divided into three steps: cataloging the material, creating a channel of communication, construction of Memorial Center. However, it was redesigned for 2012, and the second and third phases have been incorporated in the design of the Memorial Center, on the understanding that it will unite all desired claims. The UNISUAM is an institution of higher education and therefore the importance of the project for graduation is the possibility of developing various tasks by the students of different courses, while for the research, refers to the cataloging of the institutional activities, contributing to the community through consulting the archival material. Thus, the project will integrate over the institution to society, and provide a holistic view, helping to improve the performance factors and sustainable management.
