DIREITO E SUSTENTABILIDADE: UMA ANÁLISE DO PROJETO RECICLAR À LUZ DA DECLARAÇÃO DO DIREITO AO DESENVOLVIMENTO

Abstract

People seek increasingly to improve livelihoods through developing living space. This development moves global society stimulating consumption and prospecting resources. Development must happen sustainably, aiming to preserve for future generations. Thereby, the Project Recycle developed by PUC Minas is to transform junk into machines used as digital inclusion acting worldly respecting the paradigms of sustainability. This paper analyzes how Project Recycle establishes of Declaration on Development provisions, noting the society´s role in Constitutional Environmental Law disposal. This makes it possible to evaluate effectiveness of project actions noting aspects such as environmental education, sustainability, citizenship and Fundamental Right to Development.
