SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT (SB) E SUAS DIMENSÕES: A VULNERABILIDADE DOS PROFISSIONAIS DE SAÚDE E EDUCAÇÃO
Abstract
Burnout syndrome is a response to chronicemotional stress characterizzed by physical exhaustionand/or psychological,, on a cold and depersonalizzedattitude towards people and a feeling of inadequacy inrelation to the tasks to be performed.. We investigatepossible evidence of its presence in the faculty of graduatestudents and teachers in high school.. Specifically,, weintend to analyzze the perceptions of teachers about theprocess inter-relational spaces of learning and teaching,identify, in the case of the existence of such evidence, atwhat stage of development is the pathology.. We believethat the discrepancy arises between idealism andindividual occupational reality.. Otherwise,, we say that achange in attitude of teachers towards their studentsmakes the emotional exhaustio, depersonalizzation, andlack of personal involvement in work, multidimensionalcomponentsthat give the characteristic pathology, did notreach so intense..
