Abstract


A city can be characterized by the definition of the word, by dictionary, media or over the theoretical discussions of planners. As cities composition is given by the physical elements and occupation uses, areas, master plans, or formal components of urban infrastructure, where the concepts for sustainability are diluted in the face of occupations and disordered growth.Life as a citizen and attendant of needs are rights urban planning in the urban space, but urban life acts on finite resources and uses products and elements that provide the manipulation and alteration of natural resources.Therefore, this article is a focus about being urban / citizens seen as the occupant / user space and within the productive chain or as a consumer / customer or producer; readings in the composition of sustainabilitieslayered and be seen as an element with activities on a basis which we call the urban infrastructure.
