PROJETOS VISIONÁRIOS E AS DIRETRIZES DE SUSTENTABILIDADE DAS CONSTRUÇÕES

Abstract

The visionary classification for design buildings isn´t a tradicional organized form or something about chronologic adaptation of its components or such as an adequation to an archtecture style. The visionary buildings could be nominated as notemporal and buildings that are beyond the current conditions and visited ones. The principal characteristic of visionary building is the insurmountable air for the normal observer, the feeling and questions why that form had been and how it was possible constructed and the sustainable guidelines attempted. But in fact to realize building implies more than known and choose the design technics and tecnologies to transport the virtual and art condition to real, some topics are needed like use, habitability, performance and durability. Lasted topics are under the sustainable quality and the reason of the classification projects in a visionary and notemporal, finally that mean to attend guidelines to garantee these projects like emblematic projectual vision.
