USO DA ESPÉCIE CRENICICHLA SPP (JACUNDÁ) COMO BIOINDICADORA DE METAIS PESADOS NA REPRESA DE TUCURUÍ-PARÁ
Abstract
comprised of large number of rivers, streams and lakes, combined with the large number of fish species living in its waters (between 2000 and 3000 species). In this
study heavy metals were determined in species Pike
(Crenicichla spp), the opening wet using microwave was
used for solubilization of the samples and inductively
coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICPAES) has been used in the metals simultaneous determination. Mean levels (± SD) and range of variation of the metals (μg/g) were: Ag (0.45 ± 0.12) 0,20-0,63; Ba (9.63 ± 8.08) 0.84- 32.14, Cr (0.35 ± 0.17) <0.00087-0.66, Cd (0.69 ± 0.29) 0.07-1.05, Ni (0.20 ± 0.26) < 0.00422-0.92, Pb (0.06 ± 0.06) <0.00968-0.19, Sr (19.88 ± 12.94) 1.22-52.67 and Zn (25.11 ± 6.24) 14.98-39.60. Ag and Cd showed higher levels seen in some specimens evaluated.
