Abstract


To stay in a market increasingly competitive
and turbulent is necessary for small entrepreneurs develop
management characteristics that result in business success and survival. Need to identify critical success factors in small companies and create management actions that will promote development. The knowledge and management skill are essential elements for the maturity in the small companies. This study proposes to identify and to value the main factors influencing the difficulties of survival of small companies using the planning factorial. The methodology was made by bibliographical and data collection was carried out on the basis of data obtained search the Krom and Felippe and realized a planning factorial. The results show that the factors affecting the success of small companies with the use of planning factorial could demonstrate that the combinations of the relations of factors increase the influence that hamper the survival of these companies.
