ELABORAÇÃO DE ESTRATÉGIA DE MELHOR APROVEITAMENTO DE COMBUSTÍVEL DE UM MOTOR A COMBUSTÃO INTERNA

Abstract

The idea of applying control to have energyeconomy in combustion motor is presented in this paper. It isproposed a strategy to save energy in a model of a car thatinternal combustion motor. It is intended control the flow ofthe mixture air-fuel in the motor so that this supplies the bestrelation performance and consumption fuel. Firstly methodsof control of processes synthesis were studied and weremanipulated the system variables. As a control strategy, itwas used the direct synthesis method for controllers. Tomake analysis of the efficiency of the controllers, simulationsused Matlab/Simulink®. The results showed a modestimprovement of the relation between consumption andperformance in model of car as the proposed in this case.
