Abstract


The Social Responsibility concept has beendisseminated through business practices that don’t dowithout the partnership with the Third Sector and withgovernment-ruled institutions. Analysts of these alliancesindicate that those hold immense potential of turning intoeffective management models for practicing social acts.Considering the relevance of the discussions and actionscentralized on sustainable development and the necessityinherent to it, which means, the environmental educationand the involvement of interested communities, the presentpaper shows the possible alliance between civil society,enterprises and public power in the sense of, through crosssectionsentrepreneur actions, contribute effectively for theprotection of the environment. The presented and analyzedexample in this paper is the Project   Família Empreendedora,developed in the city of Itatiba in which cross-sectionsalliances have contributed for the production andcommercialization of ecologic soap, reducing the quantity ofrandomly discarded food oil and generating resources forlow-income families.Index Terms- Social Responsibility, Cross-SectionsAlliances, Income-Generation Projects.
