CARACTERIZAÇÃO PRELIMINAR DAS SUBSTÂNCIAS HÚMICAS AQUÁTICAS DOS RIOS BIRITIBA E PARAITINGA POR MEIO DO USO DE ESPECTROSCOPIA DE INFRAVERMELHO

Abstract

This work aimed to preliminarilycharacterize the humic substances from two reservoirsconstructed in the Alto Tietê, state of São Paulo, and it isin this context that this research was introduced whichmain goal is to preliminarily characterize the humicsubstances in rivers and Biritiba Paraitinga through ofsemiquantitative analysis, using the infrared spectroscopy(IR). The data were compiled in the IR and treatedmathematically. We obtained the absorptivity operational.With the results we find that the humic substances changemainly influenced by seasonality in the region and humanactions. It was concluded that the semiquantitativemethods used in this work showed efficiency and low cost.Key words -  humics substances,chemometric, IR,riverBiritiba, river Paraitinga.
