A FINAL EVALUATION OF A BLENDED LEARN POST-GRADUATION EXPERIENCE IN A MULTI-CONTINENTAL CONTEXT: THE POSTCAVET PROJECT

Abstract

The purpose of the Post-graduate SystemsDevelopment in Cape Verde and East Timor project(PostCaVET) is to strengthen the overall educationalofferings of the Universities of Cape Verde (UniCV) andTimor Lorosa'e (UNTL) through the development of theirpost-graduate (PG) systems by the implementation of PGmanagement quality assurance guidelines and regulations,the supporting information and communication technology(ICT) system, human resources and pedagogic and scientificresources. At the end of the project, it's time to draw thefinal conclusions about the use of ICT in this context sounusual and heterogeneous. The intention of this paper is toexpose and discuss these final findings in order to be able tolearn and gain experience for future similar situations.
