MODELO DE QUALIDADE PAUTADO NA MELHORIA CONTÃNUA PARA OS CURSOS DE EDUCAÇÃO A DISTÂNCIA
Abstract
The increasing adoption of distance education by many institutions at different levels requires a reflection on the quality involved in the development and availability of these products. From this point, this article presents a review of existing frameworks to propose a continuous improvement model that is exemplified by implementation rules pertaining to the management aspects considered by the model.
