Abstract


For technological students close to graduating,it is important to be inserted in the specific labor reality inwhich they will apply the acquired knowledge. Toaccomplish this goal, they do a Professional Practice todevelop in gradual and supervised manner the professionalskills for witch they have been trained, experiencing how acompany is organized and worked, and developing the skillsto run, lead and control projects and tasks in an efficientway. Based on an agreement signed between a leadingautomotive company in the argentine market and theIndustrial Engineering department of the FRBA-UTN for theaccomplishment of these practices, the diverse attitudes andaptitudes put into play by the different actors had beengathered and analyzed. In regard to this, the abovementionedexperiences will be exposed, in order to show theextent in which the objectives were achieved and how theyevidenced the technological reached level.Palabras clave ⎯ Práctica, Profesional, Supervisada.
