ENSEÑANZA DE ACCIONAMIENTOS ELECTRICOS UTILIZANDO PROGRAMAS DE SIMULACION DE CIRCUITOS

Abstract

This paper presents experiences obtained in apregraduate course about electric drives. The course contentincludes issues referent to control of electric machines, thestructure of the power electronic converters and the study ofelectric machines. The methodology followed in class wasbased on the use intensive of circuit simulation programswich became an fundamental tool for education to stimulatelearning, to improve understanding and can be a form toachieve integration whith other subjects. The simulationprograms used are: ATPDraw, IsSpice and Matlab/Simulinkwich are widely employed by areas academics, institutionsand companies.It will talk about the course methodologythat we employed and we will describe the development ofthe course, it will do an analisys about the methodologyemployed and will show the conclusions obtained.Index Terms ⎯ Education, Electric drives, PowerElectronics, Simulation programs.
