UMA PLATAFORMA TECNOLÓGICA PARA O ENSINO DE ENGENHARIA DE CONTROLE

Abstract

This paper presents a technology platform as aresource for the teaching of control engineering. Theplatform in question combines the educational potential ofsoftware of design and simulation of control systems -MATLAB ® - and the connection between this software anda pilot distillation column. The research hypothesis is thatthe use of technology platforms such as this help to developaspects not only stimulated with simulation. Therefore, anexperiment based on the constructivist and sociointeractionisttheory has been designed to detect studentsdevelopment and to capture their impressions of theplatform. The results are presented as graphs andimpressions reports of the teacher.Index Terms ⎯ technological platform, control systems,constructivist theory.
