EMPRESA JÚNIOR: TEORIA E PRÁTICA PARA ESTUDANTES DE ENGENHARIA
Abstract
This study examines the importance of juniorcompanies in engineering courses, for the case of training oftechnical skills, which usually is a dissociation betweentheoretical knowledge and application of these. The studywas done on the course of the Technology Center, FederalUniversity of Paraíba/UFPB. The data were obtainedthrough questionnaires among students participatingcompanies in their respective courses. The questionnaireconsists of items about the importance of junior companiesin academic and professional engaged in researchcompanies junior Civil Engineering, Mechanical and Food.The result obtained by the analysis of responses shows thatstudents sought a junior company to apply what they learnin the classroom, according to those that contribute toprofessional growth, as the junior entrepreneurs come outwith a differential when compared to other students.Index Terms ⎯ Junior Companies, Engineering Education,Integration of Academia and Business.
