Abstract

The Civil Construction, which has an importantrole in the development of the country, has experienced aperiod of adaptation to new global economy, which dealswith a competitive and globalized. Thus the new productionsystems deployment is critical to their development.However, any Production System in an organization issustained without a labor force involved proper training.The qualification for the work of Construction traditionallybuilt at construction sites is not sufficient to monitor thesechanges, which has increased interest in training in theindustry. However, what is the real effectiveness of suchtraining courses? This paper intends through a case study toevaluate the technical knowledge and social workers in thebuilding acquired through training and strengthen theirneed, believing that the promotion of training programs candevelop the skills of work.Keywords - Assessment, Civil construction and professionaltraining.
