Abstract

One of the critical items to achieving softwarequality is the use of traceability as a way to ensure theverification of the specifications required by users to bereflected in the product satisfactorily. The implementation ofmechanisms to ensure traceability is a major difficulty facedmainly by small and medium enterprises. One of the usualways to improve the quality of the software product is theadoption of reference models focused on processimprovement.
