Abstract


Industrial Automation Engineer must be able toapply technical and scientific knowledge in the field ofindustrial automation and development of mechanical,electrical and automated systems in their various fields ofapplication, such as in manufacturing: automotive,aeronautics, electronics, and home appliances, amongothers. But to ensure that their training is consistent with theneeds of the market it must be well trained and goodscientific experimental capacity. The objective of this work isto show the main features of the of Industrial AutomationEngineering Course of the CEFET-MG-CAMPUS ARAXÁand its contribution to the engineer is well qualified tosupport mainly the infrastructure available in thelaboratories of the course.Keywords - Technological Innovation, Industrial AutomationEngineering, Engineering Education.
