SISTEMAS DE INFORMAÇÃO: PROPOSTA DE UM MODELO DE MELHORES PRÁTICAS PARA O PROCESSO DE IMPLANTAÇÃO

Abstract

The great challenge is not only to identify a goodsystem of information and, yes, deploy it and use it to theiradvantage. This  article aims to propose a model of bestpractices for the deployment process of Information Systems,based on best practices of the area of project managementand managing people. The  methodology of this studyconsists of a descriptive study using a questionnaire toidentify the main difficulties in the deployment ofinformation systems next to the stakeholders of the process.As a  result we present a systematic roll-out of the systemthat minimizes the problems and difficulties found in thetraditional process. As a  conclusion the study found that anew system for deployment of information systems canalleviate a number of specific problems raised during theresearch.Palavras-chave - Sistemas de Informação, Melhores práticas.
