DESCOBERTA DOS ESTILOS DE APRENDIZAGEM EM UM AMBIENTE ELEARNING

Abstract

Adaptive Hypermedia Systems (AHS) are usedto adapt the educational materials to the student’s learningpreferences and profile. These systems support the processof personalized learning and can be adapted to theCognitive Learning Style (CLS) of each student. In order toimprove AdaptWeb system (Adaptive web-based learningenvironment), this work aims to detect the student´s CLSthrough student´s interaction with e-learning environment.This paper presents a couple of CLS´ classification modelsand shows different e-leaning that use CLS in order toexecute a comparative analysis about them. Finally thispaper presents our implemented process of student´s CLSdetection in AdaptWeb system.Index Terms ⎯ Cognitive Learning Style, Adaptive system,AdaptWeb.
