PROJETOS DE CONCLUSÃO DE CURSO: IMPLANTAÇÃO DO SISTEMA VTIGER CRM PARA APOIAR A GESTÃO DE PEQUENAS EMPRESAS

Abstract

The use of Information Technology on microand small businesses to support their management is limitedby several problems and that some of these may offeropportunities to develop Course Conclusion Projects (CCP),at the University of Southern Santa Catarina - UNISUL. Theissue presented in some projects reflects the fact that thesecompanies do not have a financial position to deployCustomer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) and theCRM systems of the type Free Software and Open Source(FS/OS) presented as a good alternative. The main objectiveof this paper is to present some experiences of orientation ofthree CCPs based on deployment of the Vtiger CRM forthree small companies of segments of trade in children'sclothing, car sales and tourism.Key Words ⎯ CRM Systems, Free Software/Open Source,Small Business, Business Process Modeling  ,Teaching/Learning Strategies.
