Abstract

The language known as COBOL (CommonBusiness Oriented Language) integrates theacademic curriculum of the Information System Course ofUniversidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Due to the lack ofinterest in the learning of such language by the students, thiswork summarizes a new teaching technique adopted by thefaculty in order to flourish the motivation and interest in theCOBOL language.
