REFLEXOS DA EDUCAÇÃO A DISTÂNCIA NA ATIVIDADE DOCENTE: UM ESTUDO SOBRE OS IMPACTOS NA CARGA HORÁRIA DOS PROFESSORES
Abstract
Recent education policies, incentive the useof technological tools as an approximation andinteraction medium between the parties in thisrelationship - teachers and students. Universities andother learning institutions make use of these, withoutobserving the limits on the workload of the teacherswhich by its own nature is already very intense. Theproblems examined here were the recognition of themultiple functions exerted by the professor, not limiting itby the regular presence learning, but on the analysis ofthe ones foreseen on the specific legislation, that adds onteaching, research and academic extension. Adding tothis, other ones, without balance or reasonability, andeven, without the proper remuneration, will turn theprofession unfeasible. The present work explores aboutthe technology insertion model on the educationalenvironment, for it to be inserted as its being demandedand in the proportion of the realization capabilities of itsagents.Key words - professor work shift, educational legislation,educational policies, professor’s functions, remote work.
