Abstract


Today´s Workplace is not only different withincultural levels; it is also different between generations. Thenew generations of workers perceive the job differently. Thisnew generation, can create unique opportunities fororganizations: they have new capabilities and newknowledge, as a result, new needs. It is important to analyzetheir needs and the new generations, and promote necessarychanges in workplace, not only how they do the work butalso how the space (both physicaly and virtual) is presented.As each generation is different and unique, understanding itand identifying their needs, expectations of employment arean important factor to make an efficient group management.This paper proposes a discussion of component organizationof space as one of the factors to be taken account in thebusiness world.Index Terms ⎯ Geração digital, espaços de trabalho,contexto empresarial, trabalho colaborativo.
