AN INTERCALARY EVALUATION OF A BLENDED LEARN POST-GRADUATION EXPERIENCE IN A MULTI-CONTINENTAL CONTEXT
Abstract
The purpose of the Post-graduate SystemsDevelopment in Cape Verde and East Timor project(PostCaVET) is to strengthen the overall educationalofferings of the Universities of Cape Verde (UniCV) andTimor Lorosa'e (UNTL) through the development of theirpost-graduate (PG) systems by the implementation of PGmanagement quality assurance guidelines and regulations,the supporting information and communication technology(ICT) system, human resources and pedagogic and scientificresources. After 18 months from the beginning, it's time todraw the first conclusions about the use of ICT in thiscontext so unusual and heterogeneous. The intention of thispaper is to expose and discuss these initial findings in orderto be able to make the necessary adjustments to the projectto maximize its success.Index Terms ⎯ Cape Verde, East Timor Distance learning,Post-graduate Systems.
