LA ORIENTACIÓN PARA LA BÚSQUEDA DE EMPLEO EN LA FORMACIÓN DE GRADO DE LAS CARRERAS DE INGENIERÍA

Abstract

New Tendencies in professional trainingcombine academic education and the consideration of theworld of work, current problematics and the new rules ofnational and international market towards a future workinsertion. Decisions and responsibilities of a futureprofessional are tested in concrete situations where althoughtechnical skills are a fundamental issue, they are notenough. This paper develops the basics the Seminar“Professional Interviews” was built on, conceived as a partof grade education in the careers regarding Engineering,given at the Industry Institute (Instituto de la Industria) ofthe Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento, thisSeminar enables to incorporate to the academic education,the analysis about the inquiries an advanced student faces,when it comes to start job hunting.
