MODELOS DE APRENDIZAGEM DE KOLB E FELDER AUXILIANDO PARA UM CONTEXTO DINÂMICO NO ENSINO DE ENGENHARIA DE TRANSPORTES
Abstract
The inadequate of the traditional methods ofengineering education has been reason of concern betweenthe professors, as it can be evidenced in many workspresented in Brazilian congresses of the area. In thiscontext, it is necessary that the professors recognize thedifferent styles of learning and use strategies capable tocomplement the traditional methods of education.Accordingly, the objective of this work is to discuss aproposal for change in the teaching methods applied intransportation planning courses, by means of more dynamicmedia (images, sounds, animations, and videos) in theconstruction of an educational material developed for atransportation planning discipline in the Civil Engineeringcourse. The use of the hypermedia approach makes possibleto reach the four dimensions proposed by Felder, as well asthe four fases of Kolb’s cycle, what can be an important stepto improve the teaching learning-process in particular ofcivil engineering.
