TRABALHANDO COM PROJETO NO ENSINO DE CÁLCULO Projeto: Construção de uma maquete com materiais recicláveis utilizando o Cálculo

Abstract

Students that start an engineering course,mainly in private schools, bring to the classroom manydeficiencies. Regarding this reality, we suggest theapplication of a project based on the construction of a modelwith recyclable materials. The objective is to motivate thestudents and to teach them some subjects of the curriculum,using didactic/computing devices as Autocad program. Thisidea arose from a conclusion job of the undergraduateprogram that were done this year with students from thesecondary school. This project involved a multi-disciplinarylearning and arose interests in taking care of theenvironment, considering that the students built a housewith an area of six meters square using as main foundationrecyclable materials. In short, we proposed the applicationof this project with students of engineering courses as anattempt to improve this scenerio, giving more importance tothe subjects that would be teach.
