EKSTU NAMED AFTER D.SERIKBAEV - MODEL OF INNOVATIVE HIGH SCHOOL "UNIVERSITY-TECHNOPARK "

Abstract

In conditions of innovative economy new
knowledge become main inexhaustible resource and the key
role is played by a science and the human capital, their
necessity for business and the state support of new
undertakings. Innovative development necessarily assumes
efforts association of a science, business and the state. The
major task in conditions of innovative economy of
Kazakhstan forming is national innovative system becoming
and development. It is possible to adjust these interrelations
only on the basis of integration processes at all levels.
Integration on ground level is expressed in creation of
innovative systems in regions of the country. In East
Kazakhstan EKSTU named after D. Serikbayev - the largest
and unique technical high school of the region plays a
special role in regional innovative system forming. In
Kazakhstan up to 90 % of the scientific staff is concentrated
at universities, and they determine development of a modern
science and education.
